Refund and Returns Policy
At Keet Wines, we are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and experience with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the wine within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will provide instructions for returning the wine to us.
The wine must be returned in its original packaging and condition, and we will not accept any wine that has been opened or partially consumed. If the wine is returned to us in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to decline the refund or charge a restocking fee.
Once we receive the returned wine, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or via EFT.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may ask for photographs of the damaged wine as proof of the issue.
